OTR Mini Cooper S scratches on back seats

I wonder if anybody could help me, my Mini Cooper S has alot of scratches on the backs of my front seats, where people keeping getting in and out, from the back, I have tryed to get them off with a BMW cleaner for interior, but that has'nt worked, I asked my dealer, if anybody else who has a Mini had the same problem, and if I could have them replaced under warantee, but as usual they where not happy to help,.

I believe the way to fix it is with the back of a spoon!
