Ok i have a Mini Cooper on order, and should be getting it for June, i just wondered if any people on here have had there car delivered earlyer then when they were ment to get it? Or did the car get delivered later then what they said??

My car was delivered earlier than the date I was meant to get it (by about a week). I sure others got their cars earlier than their due dates.

Mine is due this wednesday (19th March). On my orginal order form the delivery date was down as 21st March as an estimate. Even 48hrs early is a welcome addition, can't wait to get behind the wheel...

After a bit of hasseling of the dealer, I've managed to get mine moved up from May to April. All I'm hoping is that I'll be able to pick it up from the dealer in time to fit a towbar for easter - otherwise my MINI might resemble a UFO going down to N Cornwall with a boat on the roofrack.

Mine was delivered earlier. Ordered in July, est delivery April/May, re-calculated to end of Jan, re-calculated to mid Jan, finally delivered Jan 10.

Originally told by dealer that car due for delivery 21st March, now confirmed as 25th as chassis number has been released. But dealer claims may arrive on 21st still as most arrive a few days earlier than the system tells them, at this dealership anyway

I'm confused but can take it for a the few days I have left before the physical car is in my possession

The waiting list seems to vary from dealer to dealer, I think they have an allocation per year, so it could be worth shopping around....

Anyway, I was initially told March 1st this year, but then it went , Feb, Jan, and then I turned up in December last year!!! Took delivery Dec 16th, nice Christmas present. I don't know if it makes any difference, but mines an 'S'.

I got mine 1 month earlier than what the dealer told me. Maybe they were just being pessimistic with their estimation.

Wow that would be really cool if my car turned up early, and for you to get your car a few months early must have been pretty fun!!!
But i am not holding my breath, as nothing like that usally happens for me!!

Wobert, my car is coming from Bridgegate in Derby, not from Halliwell Jones I'm afraid. (I have only recently moved to near Chester and ordered the car while I was at home in Derby over New Year.)

36 ish hours to go before I get my Cooper, hope your 2 months go nice and quickly!
