Offline | I soooo feel for you. A couple years back, I ordered a Gary Fisher Sugar 1 mountainbike. I had to order it because dealers just don't carry bikes in size small. I took me almost 3 months to get it. Two days before my bike comes in, I go out for a last ride on the old one and broke 2 ribs. My brand-new, shiney Sugar sat in my living room for almost five months before I could ride it. I just had to look at it every day knowing I couldn't ride. So, look on the bright side. It could have been months instead of weeks. Mims |

Offline | Thanks for all your thoughts and ideas...... Leg loads better but she that will drive the car first insists I shouldn't chance it til I'm truely better in case I have to stab the brake hard in an emergency etc... Will continue to enslave her services if she insists I don't drive... Will get aquainted with A/C, Stereo and will use interior mirror to see if it really does auto dip....she don't use it anyway...but it would mean letting her out in the dark..hmmm maybe not.. Will select my tunes for the off....but she has overall control on that dam MFSW...who thought that would have been a pain... Have seen the car today...all covered in delivery goo...but ooooo so nice....blasted leg of mine... Can't think of a better tonic though to help me get well, that new car smell....just hope shes up to the job and it don't turn to the smell of fear... Thanks again all Nige |

Offline | Ha,Ha,Ha! I can only say that if a lady drives a car everyday for a week, she'll start calling it "her" car!! You should start planning on buying yourself another! "Mr Bridger" |

Offline | Sorry to hear and hope you have a speedy recovery. Mind how you go over the next couple of weeks, very easy to re-injure that sort of injury when you think it's getting better. Especially when you have a temptation like that awaiting you... (you may also want to check out your insurance situation?). Had knee surgery earlier this year (3rd surgery in 10 months), couldn't drive for six weeks. Feels real good to drive again, regardless of the car, independance rocks. Get well soon ![]() |

Offline | Igor would like to say this is a "Blessing" for two reasons. Reason 1 - Home Harmony Igor thinks there will be no arguments on "who will drive mini today" Reason 2 - Mini Broken In Igor also thinks be time you get to drive mini it will be nicely broken in Igor The Bells The Bells |

Offline | H U R R A Y ! ! ! At last its here, leg well enough to hobble and strong enough to punch them peddles.....nerves not strong enuff for workin out cruise control... Have been able to drive the baby after all....What a treat, never owned a car this good before...and the service at the dealership has been A1....Will big up Rydale Sutton on the dealership section. Shes buggered off out and left me with the car, bliss. Already been out with the window cleaner for the door windows, awfully greasey, but I like gettin intimate early on and a gentle rub and caress never hurt anyone. Thank god for this site and all its info... I was given 2 fancy keyrings, some window stickers, and the backpack with cleaning kit...didn't expect anything so am well chuffed with the little extras. Off to save up for botox now, the mini grin is bound to leave wrinkles. cheers Nige |
