Ive been waiting for 4 weeks now (still got another 4 to go) and the wait is getting really annoying! I keep reading all your posts on getting your cars and i just cant wait to get behind the wheel of my new Cooper. I just hope that the car lives up to my expectations!

P.S is there anyway you can check up on what state the car is at without calling the dealer?

hi, andysav, I ordered my mini c feb 18 arriving april 14 they say I can collect april 21, at first I was told middle of may ,new cost an extra £100 but you get glove box,extra key ,brake warning light for front pads, and a bit of extra chrome on inside. regards Brian

looks like I got mine at a good time then, I got all of that lot bar the glove box included in the January price, plus I got the TLC for free.

The extra chrome inside I am not sure about (not having one to compare!) but I got the extra chrome on the outside (grill, exhaust, boot handle) included in the £80 for chrome line bumper bits.

Bonjour,

I've been waiting about 5 weeks, 'nother 3 to go (hopefully!). The wait is indeed unbearable. It seems to get worse as it goes along. The S wait would have been worse though - the dealer said there'd be about a 5 month wait to get my hands on one of them.

According to my countdown, I've 22 days 12 hours 15 minutes a 5 seconds to go...

Bonjour Andy,

I've changed my spec so many times but it currently stands as:

Solid Black Cooper
White Roof/Mirrors
Chili pack w' 16" 5-stars and SS+
CD Boost
Alarm
No Badge
White bonnet stripes
Panoramic Glass Roof

I'm going to the dealer tomorrow to enquire about the Soundmodul and to possibly remove the stripes. So hard to make a final decision on the spec! Sure I'll be dead chuffed with it any which way though.

Sad yes. But at least when the timer reaches 0 I'll be very happy indeed.
