Offline | I'm Motoring! Just took delivery of my DS/B MCS this evening. It's got all the things I wanted: BMW feel, luxury features, and great looks. I drove off the lot to meet my sister and take her for a ride... while I waited at a restaurant to meet her a guy came up to me very excitedly asking me about my car. Strangely enough his first question was "How many miles do you have on this car?" I told him "20"... He went nuts. "What's the zero to sixty?" "Has it got a nice stereo?" etc. etc. All this while he's talking to me he's standng there in a T-shirt while it's thirty five degrees out! (2 degrees C... nice Wisconsin springtime weather). Then his girlfriend came out and asked "What kind of car is that?" They're still rare around here. I'm looking forward to making 1200 so I can really have some fun. ![]() Pics to follow as soon as the weather gets nice. 2003 Dark Silver / Black Cooper S Black Leatherette, Anthracite Trim, Premium / Sport / Cold Packages, HK Stereo, Auto Wipers / Mirror Visit My MINI Site |

Offline | I think my MINI has triggered some British weather here in Wisconsin: consistently overcast, threatening rain... all day so far. As soon as the weather improves, I'll put up the pics. I'm still enjoying the new MINI buzz I get when driving it. 2003 Dark Silver / Black Cooper S Black Leatherette, Anthracite Trim, Premium / Sport / Cold Packages, HK Stereo, Auto Wipers / Mirror Visit My MINI Site |

Offline | pics I've been too busy working and motoring (I'm past the 1200 mile break-in period)... but here are some pics. Note that this is after I had the X-pel 3M protection installed on the front end. ![]() 2003 Dark Silver / Black Cooper S Black Leatherette, Anthracite Trim, Premium / Sport / Cold Packages, HK Stereo, Auto Wipers / Mirror Visit My MINI Site |
