Talking Nothing like washing your MINI on a beautiful day!

Just finished washing my Mini, and I must say what a beautiful day. There's nothing like nice sunshine overlooking you while you wash your car! I took some pics of my Mini being washed, and I must really say, I love how the Mini looks from the side view, what a beauty!

Oh well thanks anyway, enjoy the sunshine, cause they'll be a day, real soon, that you'll come crying to us because it's raining there, and we're basking in glorious sunshine...

cheers!

Sunny here too !

I must admit, I hate washing the car in direct sunlight, it dries off too fast, can leave streaks .......you need to work twice as fast !

I couldn't agree more... I just keep spraying it whenever I see it start to dry, it helps alittle, then when I'm done, I pull it into the garage to dry it off and keep it away from the sun.

I also washed my MINI today, and noticed that the windows are not like my other cars. They seem to be stickey, so I waxed them, well all but the driver and the windscreen. I'll see what happens next time it rains

I don't really find my window's sticky, well kind of when I'm drying them off. Maybe you should try Rain-X?

Thumbs up Nothing like washing your MINI on a sunny day

I have to agree!!!!

One of the problems with a new car is that you feel as though you MUST keep it clean.

My neighbors thought I must be crazy when they saw me washing it in Dec when it was 34F/1C. I couldn't help myself, my baby was dirty and I HAD to wash her.

Motor on, Dudes and Dudettes!!!

I got up first thing this morning, went outside and washed my baby. She looks great in the sun. I love this weather.

United-States Hey, COOPERation

got sunny down here in the DC area in the afternoon. I was able to get a bunch of errands done in the morning. Then in mid afternoon I was able to get my baby washed & dried, did the clay bar thing, washed and dried again, then finally 2 coats of Zaino Z5 polish. Well, need to take the second coat off. Looking at putting 2 more coats of Z5 tomorrow before we head off to Mom's for Easter dinner.

I did the same thing, my family thought I was crazy for washing my baby in such cold weather!
