Offline | Miniman7 is correct -- its for the RPMs. When I am on the open highway, I tend to drop the steeringwheel down a bit, prefer the driving experience over seeing the TAC... I have considered checking out how the rails operate; to see if I could have them lowered an inch or so -- that would allow me to straighten out the seat more vertical for even better a ride... Offline | Well, "normal" is finding a car I can simply "fit" into. Up to the Mini, the reason I owned cars (well, 4x4 quad cab pickup trucks) has been simply that I could fit into them... I think this is the first vehicle I've owned, let alone driven, which had actual handling, ammenities, and over 13 MPG (US). Offline | not 7' I am only 6'6" and the first question I get is "You fit in there?". I didn't think anyone taller than me would fit comfortably. I didn't get the sunroof becuase it took an inch or so out of the head room. I glad to see other tall people in coopers. I love the red interior. 2003 Cooper Pure Silver, Silver roof and Red Interior |

You might be OK, but your passengers will prolly be a little and bothered! How does your seat fit you? which one have you got? is it ok after a long drive for you? I am finding the seat i got to be flexing hard under acceleration... thinking of swapping for Jap spec WRX style seat! Cobra_S Black/Soft Beige 17's, ICE, Tints Wanting to MOD MOD MOD |
