Hi everyone, iv got to do the wheel bearings on the front of my 03 1.6 Cooper. Any suggestions on where I can get the right part and at a good price? Also is it hard to do? Thank you for your time.
Don't buy cheap ones! Your local motor factors should sell quality ones for about £70 each.
4 bolts hold the hub bearing on but be careful when removing it as the wheel speed sensor sits just above it and can easily be damaged. The bearing can only go on one way as the holes are elongated and they are not sided.
I done a guide for the job and I'm sure I posted it in here so it's worth a search.
