| MINI2 Regular | Hi y'all. Thought you might be able to help a bit. Been racking my brains now for months on what to get as a personal plate here in Germany. The system over here allows me to search out a Reg. Nr. governed by a few things. The first two letters are the town in which the car is registered. In my case that is BI for Bielefeld. Then comes a dash and then one or two letters of my choice. After that a combination of up to four numbers. For example my plate at the mo. is BI-MW 325. Which fits as I am forced to drive a BMW 325 until the end of this month, when the 'S' arrives. Also my initials are MW so it works both ways. The only thing that I can come up with is BI-G.... and numbers corresponding to my date of birth. Any ideas for something better ??? Passengers ride at own risk ! |

| MINI2 Regular | Why didn't I think of that in the first place ? Have to run along to check for availability. Also like the BI DS803 Max, good shot. Your right about Bielefeld, lovely place although as a Long Distance lorry driver I don't get to see it too often. Been on the hill many a time for a few beers though. ( I know the owner of Brands Busch hotel, just over the other side of the hill from town) I tried to get BI-G 1 but it's unavailable. Will post in 11 days time when I can (finally) pick the car up and show what I decided on. ![]() Passengers ride at own risk ! |

| MINI2 Regular | Just wanted to let you all know that I went for, and got: BI-G 163. Unfortunately I would have had to sell up and move house to get the MI prefix for Minden as the car has to be registered at the address that you live. Couldn't afford a move and the Mini. Never mind I'm happy........... Passengers ride at own risk ! |
