this may sound a bit sad but whenever i go on holiday like now the first thing i look for is a mini i hve been in rimini now for3 days and i have seen four coopers and one cooper s it then makes me miss my cooper sat on the driveway at home all on its lonesome ahhhhhhh!

I do exactly the same! I love seeing what people have done to their minis, there all different. Yesterday i saw a gold cooper with a white roof, it looked impressive. :white:

I was in Sorrento (not far from Naples) last week on my Hols and saw loads on MINI's. Infact they seemed to be the only cars on the Italian roads that were free from dents!

There was a very nice looking CR/W cooper

that lived just down from our hotel. The girlfriend now wonders if we can go anywhere without me spotting one

The Amalfi drive, now theres a MINI road if I ever saw one !

Once we got off the Autostrada and onto the coast road propper I couldn't help but think what a superb area it might be for a blast in a MINI.
The Amalfi coast road (if you could be sure not to meet anyone comming the other way

) looked even better still

. It's just a shame a 1.0 Nissan Micra hire car dosn't stick to the road a bit better
