I have a friend who would like to hire a Cooper preferably in the London area.

Can anyone give me the name of a company that offers Coopers for hire?

I know this has been asked before but the link to the information in The Vault from the previous thread does not seem to work.

I was in Chelmsford today and Budget rent a car(or Raffles still are running Mini hire cars. When I went by they had a couple of coopers and a blue one there.Chelmsford in about 30 mins away from London
