United-States Any1 bought Mini Sport spot lamp kit?Good or Bad?

Has anyone bought the Mini Sport brand Spot Lamp Kit? If so, wondering the quality, ease of installation. I like the fact the lights are supported by a bar instead of a bracket. Any help would be appreciated.
