Thought I'd post a poll - my MINI is due 10th July, and I'm desperately counting down the exact days until then - but how likely is it that the date will actually be correct? My dealer says the vast majority have been on time, but what's your experiences in the UK?

I was suppose to pick up on saturday, but my incompetent dealer didn't know the process for registering and taxing a motor vehicle, so my car is sitting in the showroom, with me unable to drive it away. It was slightly complicated due to the fact that I am transferring my private number plate over from my old car - something that is clearly out of the ordinary for a BMW dealer in Hampstead in London....

We ordered ours on 23rd December 2002, and it arrived at the dealership in Edinburgh early February. We waited until 1st March for the new reg., to collect

hi,

i was told my mini would arrive the begining of june. it arrived on june 2nd!

i'm picking it up tomorrow... obviously because of getting it registered and all...

Place my order on April 5th. My salesman told me it would be 10 weeks and this Friday will make 10 weeks. The car was delivered to the dealer over the weekend and went to the body shop today to have the Aero Skirts painted and installed. So, Thursday or Friday look very good for delivery. I'm happy. Don't know how those that have to wait 4-6 months can do it.

mines currently over three weeks late, although i should have it before Friday !!!
