| When I had my car on the rolling road we switched it off as you said but when we went to drive away two lights stayed on the dashboard until I had driven up the road a bit. According the the rolling road guy this happens on all modern cars because as you say the front wheels are going fast, and the rears not moving. Doesn't seem to have harmed the car in any way - first had it on the rolling road about 5000 miles ago. |

| A "rolling road" is what people in the UK call a dynamometer where the car's drive wheels are placed on rollers, the car is strapped down, and the performance of the car at different speeds and loads is scientifically measured. It appears that from Zooooom's post "the bizz" is the actual testing. ![]() + 2002 MINI Cooper S - Dark Silver / White roof, Sport, Premium, Lapis blue leather + 1965 Mini Traveller - Tartan Red / White roof, 1275, Cooper S discs, fully restored/renewed |
