Does anyone know a source in the USA (or UK that exports) this bonnet stripe:

Check www.cooperflags.com (usa) and www.idlegear.co.uk (uk) they both supply that type of stripe as far as I know.

any local sign shop should also beable to make that stripe and install it as well. It is a simple design

I have a similar design, but wider, installed locally just as Mugami said. More pics of the install and finished result in my gallery.
