Question Late night/Early morning MINI drivers.

Has anyone else checked their clock as it went from 11:59 PM to 12:00 AM and seen something they weren't expecting?

This weekend I was coming home from a party and I noticed my clock read 0:01 AM. I know that is what it would read if the clock was on military time, but in the afternoon, my clock reads like normal 5:00 PM is quitting time.

So, I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this, or if my MINI is just acting a bit goofy.

Nope, it is just one of those little MINI quirks. I thought it was weird when I saw it one night, but now I just make fun of it. "Look it's 0:10 in the morning"(it's amazing how much funnier the clock is when your drunk!)

Yup I noticed it too. I thought it was 24 hour time, but I guess it only does it for midnight.

If i'm not mistaken, I think when I first got my MINI the time read 12a.m., then after the time change, spring forward, fall back here in Ohio, the clock read 00:00. After the next time change it will probably go back.

Drinking and driving.... tsk tsk tsk...

Hopefully you weren't the one driving.

They have never read 12:00am as far as I know. its always been 00:00am, ever since the first MINI got to the US (its sorta irrelevant in europe since they have the clocks on 24 hour mode most of the time I'm sure). If you do want 24 hour mode, hold both buttons on the clock for a bit, it'll switch modes.

Do a search for it, its been discussed lots of times.

Magic 8-ball was correct. All be in awe of Magic 8 ball.

I would never drive my MINI drunk - that's what boyfriends are for.
