Well has everyone been out this weekend thrashing their Cooper S on some quiet country Roads? Is it just me or has this car got grip on the twisty stuff or what? Never have I laughed out loud or smiled so much at the sheer grip and fun in this car.

I gave my car a bit of rest this weekend, but if you've got the Pirellis, they certainly seem to improve a great deal in the hot weather!

The Dunlops have a propensity for screeching at quite low cornering speeds, makes the laughs even louder.

We had some fun on the Thorpe Park trip on a route around windsor Wigley set up, I seem to remember a certain handbrake turn, not mentioning any names! Very impresive piece of car control!
