Offline | ive seen a few keys for minis with a proper badge on it did they change the keys after oct 02 to new ones with badges or can you get a new one don't live life on the edge drive off it at 100mph |

Offline | If you mean the "chrome" wings button instead of just embossed plastic, the ONE and Cooper come with standard black keys, and the Cooper S comes with a key with the wings logo button in silver - it's not even chrome, it's just kind of silver painted. Bit dissapointing really ![]() ![]() |

Offline | Scargo: yeah, one/cooper gets two black keys and a wallet key (as of the latest change for how many keys you get etc., I think this was introduced with '03 models), and Cooper S's get one "silver" key, one standard black one, and one wallet key. I personally prefer the black one, as the silver one just seems a bit "fake". But, proper chrome or chrome-plated would be wicked!! ![]() madferrit: if you want to buy a silver one, I'm sure you can, but BMW/MINI charge quite a lot for the keys, as they're electronic and coded etc. ![]() ![]() |
