after reading all the complaints here, surely they jest:

total quality award 2003

apologies if this has been posted before, but i couldn't find any mention of it. never heard of "total quality awards" before, but the writeup seems reasonable:

It says it's supposed to reflect the 'overall experience'. Despite the numerous niggles people are having, I'm pretty sure few would argue that the Mini represents the best 'overall experience' in its class.

I love this category "Near-Luxury Car" I wonder if the people in that section had mixed feelings?!

These things always stump me. I think I would find their car classification criteria much more interesting. A Mustang and a MINI are in the same category?!? Confusing much?
