"Sculpture" brings up a post with some low quality images, and I've actually got the originals somewhere.

Seeing this thread reminds me.

A few weeks back, myself and wife attended the UK Sandcastle Building Championships at Woolacombe, Devon.
So-be-it only as spectators.

Just a thought for all us big kids, how about next year a team representing Mini2 enters the days competition and build a MINI.

Many well know companies, both local and national enter. I think it was £120 entry for a team of 6, who have 3 hours digging time. You end up as UK champion.

Special sand.. not exactly pro castle builder will take a mortal mix and mix it with the beach sand to give it the modeling qualities for that type of work. He did a fantastic job.
Love the ice pix too btw.

btw you never know what you will learn watching the Discovery channel on TV =)
