Angry Mini shock-absorber/Option

Hi I have a MINI ONE and I'm having problems with my back left shock-absorber it making this really irritating noise. Well at least that's what BMW (Malta) think it is. Did anyone have the same problem?
If so what did u do?

An other thing. The car is nearly always at the BMW (Malta) then at me I'm really upset. I love this car and am getting bugged always going to them for all kind of problem for example.... steering wheel makes a clicking noise when I turn it, gear box clips went, an other noise coming from somewhere near the speedometer, back shock-absorber making a noise etc.. The grantee is soon over now and I don't want that I start getting more problems after the grantee is over.

What shell I do?

Fell free to reply.

Thx a million

you probably need a new slip ring for your steering wheel problem.
