What's hourly rate for labor charges for the various dealer-installed options, in U.S. Dollars? Is it set by BMW/MINIUSA, or do labor rates vary from dealership to dealership (and, if the latter, which dealers are the least expensive)?

Labor rates vary from dealer to dealer and have been reported from $89-155 per hour in the following thread:

The number of hours they take to do certain tasks also seem to vary.

Best bet is call dealers in your area to get quotes on installing accessories.
