Offline | Roadside Assistance Assistance My car comes tomorrow (Hurray). I am off on a small running in trip through Germany, Holland, England and then back to Lithuania. There is no MINI Roadside assistance here. My dealer deosnt know what I am talking about, even. I have checked with www.mini.com information and they say that I am able to call on MINI Roadside assistance during my journey in Germany, Hollnad, UK as teh car has a European warranty. So, how does it work? Do I need to have some sort of MINI membership card? Where do I get the phone numbers to call out the guard? Will it all come with the car? No doubt the collective brains of MINI2 will answer this in no time. It must be a nightmare for dealers, this sort of site. I know much more about my car, options, defects, issues than my dealer. The converstaions we had about the AUX connector!!!!!!!!!! ![]() WhatCar? Claim: “As hot hatches go, it’s hotter than a blacksmith’s armpit.” |

Offline | Hi there, I'm sure your not going to need any road side assistance but if you do whilst in the UK try calling this MINI Emergency Service free phone number, 0800 777101. I'm sure they will give all the assistance you may need. Go safe and watch the revs ![]() All Cooped Up Keep on Motoring........ |

![]() 6X therapist | You should get a complimentary key fob/ring with MINI emergency numbers on it, also you should get the TLC pack, which has a wallet full of useful info. The handbook folder also has an international dealer directory in it with numbers for all the national BMW Service helplines. But It wo'nt break down, so don't worry. |

Offline | You have cover in continental europe on the mini assistance number, 0800 777101(on my keyring) However 'continental Europe' is only EU countries I think, Which means no cover in Lithuania (I am not covered in Romania where my father works and I do some contract work, from what I can see on my cover) I will check the booklet tonight and post tomorrow for you though |
