Offline |    Sorry to hear about your problem Simon...I had similar prob when I collected mine...wrong colour interior...but my dealer served me very well and I opted for free spots, clear rears and 6 cd changer and can live with the all black interior but 1 things for sure I could not live without the sunroof....what ever you do do not accept the car as it is not what you ordered as everyone else has said....tell your dealer to order another car and to compensate you in what ever manner you feel you will benefit from...when you get your new car and MINI customer services gives you a call to ask you to score your dealers service to you , give them the lowest score you can as the sales person is paid on what score they get from each customer.....anyway what ever your decision GOOD LUCK and get what you want, and that goes for the car to.  EB/W - CHILLI PK - VIS PK - S/ROOF - MFSW - TRIP - NOW WITH CLEAR REARS - FRONT SPOTS - CD CHANGER - STRIPES - JC SIGNATURES |

Offline | Oh oh!  Well I've declared peace - or at leased I'm too peaced off too care anymore. Have accepted delivery (for tomorrow), DS chequer fitted on the (now solid black) roof and £500 off the car. I have to say Mike Raven at JCG was great and didn't make me feel like it was "take it or leave it". There weren't a lot of other options but that's life. Am tired and fed up with the whole thing but I hope this will pass when I get behind the wheel. Good luck Simon - keep us updated! |

Oh do me a favour while you are there, ask them when they are sending out the Italian Job tickets please, as I am wondering why I haven't had anything in the post yet. The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive?  |

| Awwww %%%% it!  | Geez, what a mess for you guys I would hold out for the orginal spec if it were me, otherwise you'll always have days sitting there in your car and wondering what it would be like with the sun roof, it will always niggle you .... ABG - let's get together one lunchtime next week and have a spin. I'm sure Washy and PaulM will be game again too. How about Tuesday everyone ? |

Offline | Sounds good - JCG are due to deliver on Thursday so even allowing for god knows what (!) Tuesday should be on . I'm err.. a man of leisure at present so I'm OK anytime really. Let me know where and when - would be excellent to see the other MINIs ITRW. Really, really hoping I don't regret bog standard DS/B  - too light for black and too dull for IB (and way, way too dull for LY) As far as the sunroof goes - I really want it, I really can't have it. I'm hoping the DS checkered roof will help! |

Offline | UPDATE: They have finally agreed to fit the aero kit free of charge. Worth £550 odd quid to me....bit of labour for them. Fairly happy with that, resigned to the fact I gotta wait again. At least i'll get the car I ordered way back in the mists of early June..... Rakey- I was told they are sending the Italian Job stuff out "this week" and was assured i'd get one. Let me knmow if you get yours......Cheers! |

| Remember | Great news Simon, finally got it sorted. It really does drive you mad when you have spent that much with them and then they don't do jack to help resolve problems. Thanks for finding out about the tickets, did they say when the showing is? The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive? |

| Remember | I don't think I woud order from Watford again after the troubles I have heard everyone else having from them. And not hearing an thing about my tickets. Its amazing how this site educates you about Mini. The only problem I have is knowing which one to drive? |
