But they did not forget to cash my cheque for £500 which took them 2 days to clear. Should I cancel |

| meow mini2 meow | Blimey, I thought mine : ordered on 31st July, Delivery Date of 15th October was bad. I would phone up some other dealers and try and get some firm definates from them. I do recall someone mentioning the only "true" BMW garage in London get cars quicker than the franchised dealers: Park Lane - http://www.parklanebmw.co.uk/ do a search for them |

Offline | Sorry to hear of your troubles. I wouldn't cancel... just push for a nice discount or some free extras. I don't think you'll be able to find another dealer with a free allocation before December now but I would ring round a bit to see whats going! Offline | What a pile of idiots. You wouldn't think they were selling cars for £11,000 to £30,000+. I get better service when I order a magazine to come in at my local newsagents with NO DEPOSIT! It's mainly their attitude - actually telling you they forgot it and seeming like they don't care, because someone else will buy the car from them anyway. They don't shift on MSRP, and yet they don't think they owe you anything apart from the priveledge of you handing the fantastic BMW your hard-earned. It's well over the 30 days outside the estimated delivery date that they allow for, get some serious extras thrown in. You're without a car for another 2 months which IS a serious financial and business problem for you. If they're not playing ball, take it to BMW, they don't exactly like that much. |

Offline | Make a formal complaint and go above their heads and see what happens - I'm sure there are ways of them getting hold of one quicker. Offline | I'd be very surprised if you can't find a quicker delivery than that. If you're prepared to, I would ring around some other places - they may be further away but you should be able to do better.260909 ![]() |

Offline | I would phone up again for some compensation!!! i.e. I've sold my other car now!! or something along them lines Maybe they'd give you a courtesy car until then so you can at least drive a Mini till then??? If all else fails get in touch with BMW, they seem to have a high priority for customer relations(unlike Merc to**ers) Good Luck ![]() |

Offline | I'd write or go in rather than phone though, because you'll most likely have problems getting them to call you back ![]() Yeah, BMW (ie. not MINI) do seem great. I'd go straight to the top. PS. Be aware of your local dealer reading this website, I know mine does :-) |
