bring your bicycle along

for anyone interested, i have some information on a folding bicycle that fits pretty nicely in the boot without having to fold the seats down!! the company's name is DAHON.(www.dahon.com) they produce many different styles.. and i am very pleased with mine. here is a pic...
i usually lay a towel or some bubble wrap over the top of the bike while driving and the top of the bike (the seat) does stick out over the backs of the car seats but not too bad..the advantages of taking a bike everywhere you go are nice and you won't need any of those horrible bike racks..

That's pretty nice, how much do one of those bikes go for? The one I have now most certainly does not bend..well except the time I tumbled down a hill...lol

they make a few different models so the prices vary. just keep in mind that you want to stick with the smaller bikes.. i'm not sure how the larger ones would fit.. i presently ride their "mariner" edition bike.. which is, i believe, around two hundred? wow.. can't remember.. check dahon.com. and happy bikering!
