Picked up new MC on Monday - haven't had time to sit at PC as been driving it about! - and yes it is worth the wait! even keeping it below 4.5rpm.

Anyway the point being I noticed a few very very minor scratches on the rev counter (think it was done during prep), immediately they apologised and booked it in for a complete rev counter replacement. I was amazed are MINI dealers normaly this good i.e. no hassle and treating you as a valued customer?. They also gave me 2 VIP passes to the Italian Job with free food/drink tomorrow night!..

That wasn't from Robert Stern Mini in Evesham was it?
