| Pain In The ... | Speak for urself its not just a car i tell u! its my BABY! All the scratchs/dents on my car have been caused by someone else, makes me so bloody mad! My car has got a very small dink on the passenger door, which was done on a stand at a show But lets not go there.......I also have a few stone chips Ive also found a very very small scratch on the edge of my drivers door, which looks like its been done on a wall, and i know i sure as hell aint done it A few months a go a ladder fell onto my car and dented my bonnet The only other thing is my wheels, but there not really scratchs r they hehe. There were bricks in the road, and it blew my tyre out and bent my wheel. Offline | SCratched rear bumper from someone running into me. A small dent in the tailgate I picked up at my service center and 3 nice dents in the roof from our recent hurricane. They all kill me. Although I am going to get the roof and bumper fixed. It's been a bad summer for my MINI. |

Offline | 1) Small dent in the rear hatch and a scratch on the rear bumper. (Somebody, unskilled in the art of parking, gave me a love tap in Las Vegas earlier this year.) 2) Several small stone chips on the front bumper and bonnet. I have some touch-up paint, and there's some weird clear sealant that I read about somewhere on Mini2 that I need to go chase down. 3) Pretty appalling curb-scraping scarring on one of the front rims. This, on a car that's garaged at home and at work. I guess these things are bound to happen, especially if you like to "drive it like you stole it." 2005 Toyota Prius 2004 Porsche 911 Carrera (996/2) formerly EB/W Mini Cooper S [01 Mar 2002 build date] |

Offline | a small stone chip on the front skirt near the fog light, and a small dimple on the rear side, which I can't figure out how it could have happened. It's round and about the size of a nickel at the outer edge. I don't see how a car door could have done it, especialy since that side (right) is almost never parked next to an open space. I think it might have occurred while being serviced. I'd like to blame the service dept., but they saw me inpecting the car before I left. I think I missed it, as if the light isn't just right it's easy to overlook.. |

Offline | The bad thing about living in the sticks is the big pickup trucks that are coming from the field. Their big tires picked up some rocks and shot them to the bonnet of my car! ![]() |

Offline | I had a large door ding, but it was expertly repaired via the "paintless" system. Twelve months of driving and parking, and all I have to show for it is one chip and three cat-claw scratches in one of the bonnet stripes. The windhsiled seems to really attract rocks, but the body still looks great. |

Offline | My car lasted 3 days before one of my team-mates (hockey) let his door fly into the front right panel. That was four months ago and still waiting for his insurance company to finalise it. Upon returning home, my dog then promptly jumped up onto the drivers' side door to lick the bugs off the mirror. Leaving claw marks down the side of the door, luckily these were mostly removed with cut'n'polish. The dog still tries to jump up on the car, so whenever the car is in the yard, the dog gets tied up. Dutchy Sadly INIMINI is gone, but never forgotten. |
