Can anyone tell me where the owner's manual is available online? I'd like to review it before picking up my car so I know what questions to ask when I get there (I'll probably write a list since I'll be so giddy at the time, I'll forget everything!). I thought it was available on the miniusa.com site, but I can't find it, silly me!

Can someone help me with instructions on how to find the manual?

It is on MINIUSA, but only in the owners lounge, maybe somebody will share it with you?

Like Paul said, you can get it through the owners lounge. If you don't have any luck there let me know and I could email it to you assuming your email system will allow for a 3 megabyte attachment. I have the 2003 Cooper/S manual in pdf format.

Noo I díd get the manual from your url, that's great.
What I meant is that we can not get into the Owners Lounge, and mini.nl does not have one..
(so no tracking of my mini here either..)

Well, my MA says it's driving him crazy that he can't find the '04 manual online either, but he says there's no difference between the operating instructions of the '03 and '04 models, so I'll just peruse the '03 manual that dmholmes posted in another thread (thanks, btw!).

Joe (the MA) also says he's a "walking, talking owner's manual" so he'll be able to cover everything for me when I pick up the car.

Still waiting anxiously, pulling at hair, gnawing fingernails, checking the WW site for ship updates every 10 minutes...

No major changes, but there certainly are differences. For example, the programmable options are changed. Another change is the activation of "follow-me-home" lights. On 04s you ahve to "flash your high beams" to activate the "follow-me-home" lights.
