This afternoon I was driving into central Manchester and I spotted a Cooper S on the roads. It was completely black and very dirty (but not as dirty as Monsta's

) but it looked absolutely gorgeous.

I haven't stopped smiling since I spotted it.

However my girlfriend has now branded me a weirdo for "...getting excited over a Mini just because it has a hole in the bonnet"

. Oh well, maybe one day she'll understand.

I had a girlfriend like that, she couldn't understand why I got excited about the size of wheels on a car, actually that should be why I got excited about the size of wheels that SHOULD be on a car!

I've seen one.

Ive seen a Red/white S a few weeks ago near Oxford

I frequently see one on my way to work. All black, black wheels.
I always flash, but never get a response (they must work for BMW!!)

I had a simlar idea to that *L* (See Black Chrome Wheels Post in Exterior Forum) It seems evertime I think I've had an original idea someone has already done it

rich,

from what i could tell from the brief climpse i get in the morning, they look like the 16" standards, just in black.
It makes the car look quite stealth like.

I will take my camera with me to work each day, and see if i can get a moving pic.
