Offline | just finished my first 3000 km and calculated my overall fuel consumption: 9,7 l/100 km (which are 29,12 mpg (imperial!!)) - quite a lot IMO -also considering the fact that the car does not animate to beat econmy-records. How far can you go with one gallon / how much petrol is your MINI taking for 100 km? jomini ![]() IndieBlueWhite Chilli Cooper, Panther black, aircon, multifunctional steering wheel, BC, CD Changer, Dunlop Runflats on silver 16" FiveStars, SSP+, heated jets |

Offline | hmmm, good point apial but 1/2 a litre on 100 km is quite a difference. Driving style and Cooper or One is also evident but that would make 10 x at least 3 x 2 = 60 options to vote for Maybe best is that everybody who votes makes a statement on type of MINI and driving style. j. ![]() jomini ![]() IndieBlueWhite Chilli Cooper, Panther black, aircon, multifunctional steering wheel, BC, CD Changer, Dunlop Runflats on silver 16" FiveStars, SSP+, heated jets |

Offline | Over 3970.5 miles my MINI One has consumed 479.86 litres of petrol. I make that an average consumption of 7.51 l / 100 km (37.5 MPG). A fair proportion of this was motorway driving (including a trip to Cologne and back). I wouldn't describe my driving style as particularly lead footed, so this is relatively disappointing compared to the official combined consumption figure of 6.5 l / 100 km. |
