Snail Mail Address for MINI USA?

Hi everyone, does anyone have a mailing address for Jack Pitney, MINI USA's general manager, or short of that, the mailing address for Customer Relations? The website, and all the paperwork I have makes no mention of it- only the phone numbers, which are not answered at this hour of the night (11:44 PM EST).

Recently I my MINI had its steering rack replaced, or at least, that's what I guess- the dealer's computers where down when my wife picked up the MINI, and they said they'd mail us the service record. Its been a month and nothing. There is also a few unresolved creaks that they ordered the wrong parts for, and I haven't heard from them on that either. My MINI still has the stumble, even after I've asked them to check it out a few times.

I don't expect a dealership to serve me wine and wait on me like I'm the king of england, but I really would like my car to work properly, and know what services have been performed on it- I don't think that's unreasonable..
