Meant to post this last week...

I was on the Fosse Way heading for the turn for Harbury in the morning last week and I was about 4 or 5 cars behind a base model Cooper (no spoiler, 15"s etc...) in Electric Blue and it also had US side markers on it!

It was UK plated (02 or 03 I think) and as far as I could tell was RHD.

I imagine it must be a test vehicle of some kind.
