Customer care

Does anyone out there know the address of Mini customer care ?,i have been advised to write to them by auto express concerning a reduring fault fault on my Mini that the dealer seems unable to fix.

What is the fault? People on here may have had a similar fault and may be able to help with how it was fixed.

Agree though that you should write to MINI CS, so hopefully someone will post the address or number in order to get the address.

Write to the customer service manager, then post a copy to sales manager at dealership with what you request and state the reasons for in both letters. Something will soon be done as it took 4 days for them to replace my Cooper S after 2 months of ownership. New one arrives late January 04.

Good Luck, and remenber to state what you want e.g.replacement. It is within your consumer rights!
