On the trip back to NH one MINI seen between Rochester and Syracuse. Syracuse to Albany (home of Keeler MINI) - No MINIs seen. Between Bennington, VT and Walpole, NH - Two MINIs encountered.

Next day on a ride around the Keene area five MINIs spotted!

it's so sad to hear this, but in some cases true i must admit
maybe it was her son's car (i really hope so!)

anyway...
Report from Milan, Italy: a MINI-flooded city.
every street has, by average, two minis parked. I work 15 km far from home (at least 45 minutes ) and every morning i see 5-6 minis zipping in the traffic, plus the parked ones i told before...

but the best part is that sudden look we give each other, trying not to be noticed
love it!

I hear ya man. I am the only one in my town, but I see 3-4 within the dayton Area from tile to time. Last week I drove behind one for about 14 miles on I-35

Still thin pickings around here.
ALTHOUGH I had a Mini gathering at Youngs Dairy in Sept and there were about 15 mini's there.

It's all about location, location, location. There are lots of coopers in my area but MCS is still kinda rare. On the other side, my wife spent the last 3 weeks in Texas (USA) traveling all over and only saw like two or three MINIs the whole time.

Now this is fun:

I live in a town of about a couple million. I drive about 40-60 miles per day.

In the past month I have seen two MINIs. So not that many where I live.

I do valet at a large casino here, and I have parked more Ferraris and Bentlys, then MINIs. Kinda strange.

I think people with MINIs would tend to be 'cheap' and just park for free in the back of the casino. It makes perfect sense to me someone with the cash to spend on a Ferarri wouldn't mind having to tip $5 (or whatever appropriate tip for a car of that cost) but $5 to someone who drives a MINI means 2 or 3 less hands of $2 blackjack, which would matter to me.

I think there are a few people who bought MINIs because they're great cars, but most people bought them because they're the best car in the price range, and if they had over 100K to spend on a car, they probably would buy something else (or something else and a MINI )

And then there's the theory that all of us love our cars so much we wouldn't want to valet them...but that's probably another topic.

Magic 8-ball was correct. All be in awe of Magic 8 ball.

San Francisco is definitely becoming flooded with MINIs.

I suppose this makes sense - it's the perfect car for this city, and there are 4 dealerships within an hour of each other.

Honestly, it's been helpful for me to see so many MINIs around town - I've been enamored with the MINIs since they first came out, and finally got around to putting my deposit down in September. I still have to wait until February till delivery, but it makes me happy whenever I see one, and somehow makes the wait a little easier.

Plus, the more MINIs people have in the city, the more parking spaces not being taken up by larger cars!

I work in Oxford, and travel about 50 miles a day no evidence of any flooding, apart from the end of the production line waiting for shipment
