I'm just about to take delivery of a CR ONE from Victoria, Milton Keynes (Sat 13/12) - on the sales side they have been first class. Hope they are as good on service issues (I know there has been some poor feedback on this with them). Maybe they got better??

My first MINI was from Wollastons in Northampton, the sales staff were superb and it was the first time I enjoyed the buying experience dealer with a car salesman. The service side does leave a bit to be desired, tehy make you feel second class to their BMW customers which really gets my goat

However Wollastons could not offer me a decent trade in so my second MINI came from Derek Woodmans in Blackpool, again the sales side was excellent. I've not had to deal with any service from DWs and not yet had any work done on my new MINI but it will be interesting to see if I will now be a 3rd class citizen at Wollastons service given that it's a MINI and it wasn't bought from there.

Cinci sales was great.
Service is a nightmare. They don't return calls, they blatantly lie. They accuse me of lying. They are rude. And they still can't fix my car!

I bought my MINI at Flow MINI in Winston Salem, NC. They were pretty nice through the sales process and did not charge me over MSRP (which is why I bought it there). All went well until delivery. They screwed something up on my financing, but they did a good job of making all well.

Century MINI in Greenville, SC did a great job of servicing my MINI and the folks there have always been great. I wish that I paid a litttle over MSRP and bought my MINI from them. They are a nice bunch of folks.

I just moved to Ohio and now get my car serviced at Midwestern MINI in Columbus, OH. It takes an extremely long time to get a service time from them, but they were very nice once I got my car in there. I was quite satisfied. Let's hope that I can get my car in there if something bad happens to my car.

Wow you move around a bit, Salem, is that where the witches are?, I know the Greenville outfit, its in Spartanburg territory, they were good to me last time I was there, Im sure nothing bad will happen to your car, but you must be racking up miles. Good news about all your dealers so far

Wollaston's is great so far, but we'll see what happens when I actually get my car!

Got to say that so far D (ick) Lovett of Bristol have been great too. They have a pretty big MINI showroom to others I have seen with 3 sales people. All very good although Amanda who is dealing with my order thinks I now know more about MINI than she does! She also advised me to go on MINI2! I am on first name terms with all 3 of them and Matt is even coming on the Bristol run. They have been very informative and helpful through my order stage and changed my spec several times with no complaints, even when I cancelled £830 of ICE in favour of an after market system (via Mikeythemini).

As the car isn't here for another 8 days I can't comment on the service but Amanda has promised me everything will be fine as the service manager is best freinds with her and her husband so her customers get the best service!

We shall wait and see.

Paul

Flow MINI in Winston Salem, NC. They've been great to deal with, both in sales and service. My biggest complaint is, while they have courtesy cars for their BMW customers, they don't offer them to the MNI owners.
