Question Do MINI salespeople get commission from selling JCW kits?

Just wondered!

Thanks

I would guess so, as several people at my dealership tried to get me interested in getting it there. I just pointed out that I could get it £300 chaeper by going to JCG at Worthing, a 60 mile drive.....

JCG even leant me a Works Cooper as a loaner too during the fitment, cost me nothing....

They probably make more on the Works Kit than they do on the car.

If that is the case then I wanted to make sure I take my business somewhere deserving rather than my existing sales person.

ours do, but they do get taxed on the comission they earn.

Well it IS income for doing their job, so so they should. Otherwise those sales people with "commision only" type jobs would be lauging!

In my case the dealer made nothing. Mine came from a BMW sales program for U.S. personnel overseas. I even got a nice discount and I didn't pay value added tax. I did promise my dealer a ride...I think he should be able to drive it actually.

Now this is fun:
