The "motorng associates" are great. The service staff bight the big one. They could screw up a wet dream.

I voted bad, but they are pushing Very bad pretty hard.

Motor City MINI Service gets a "Very Bad" from me. They'd be better off hiring untrained monkeys to work on the cars. The Service Advisors are 99% clueless on the common problems and fixes, it's utterly annoying to have to tell them how to diagnose AND fix the car, sheesh

For the times I've taken mine to Long Beach MINI the service has been really good. My only complaint is not automatically getting a free loaner for warrenty repairs.
