I ordered my mini in december, but I was wondering if it would be a 2003 or 2004 Mini. I read in some posts, there are some differences, like the steering-wheel, am I right? I´m from Spain, and I guess the policies are about the same in other countries in Europe.

MINI makes rolling changes to the spec, so not all '03s '04s etc. are/will be the same. To answer your main question, it will be an '04 model year.
