Now that the cooper S has been out a while here in the states would I be able to get the purchase price under MSRP if I found a car on the lot I wanted? I'd be willing to forgo ordering a car if I was at least getting a decent deal on the one sitting on the lot. Or am I just nuts considering hte popularity of the S?

I think your nuts but you might get something for free - if buying new try to get TLC thrown in or something
