Woo hoo my car comes on monday (very first motor

) and am starting to get my head round all this insurance gubbins.

Congratulations, Im sure you two will be very happy together. I have to wait till the 22nd

. Just out of interest, after the car had been delivered to the dealer how many more days did you have to wait to pick it up?

lol - this is half the message. It must have got submitted before i finished it - hehe.

They received it yesterday (thurs) and i was told that it would be ready monday evening or tuesday.

I guess it takes 2 days but they don't work on sat? 3 days if they do.

Congrats! Couple of days before mine. I'm sure it's natural to worry at this stage (I certainly am!) but don't worry about the insurance and stuff.

Congratulations

As with the turn around period by your dealers it's really up to them. If you push them hard you can have it within a couple of days of them receiving it

What exactly do the dealers have to do to make the car ready for pickup?
