Offline | Hello,Have been thinking of getting rid of the mini for a while to many probs Think i will take a year out till the new ones availible. The 350z was my likely choice but have just seen a black EVO 7 with the works and 350bhp. For under twenty what do you guys think and if neither of these what should i buy.![]() |

Offline | Thats a tough one. The 350Z is very well designed, and there are much less of them on the roads than Evo's. For a fun car to drive, and a great car to be seen in, then the 350Z is for you. However, although the Evo series has been around since I was in nappies, and the styling is nothing to write home about, driving this car will put a big s**t eating grin on your face. It will eat a 996 Carrera for breakfast, and will cost less to run. So you are left with a decision. Let me phrase it like this: there are two girls, and one is prettier than the other (but the other one isn’t ugly either). The prettier one just lies back in bed and isn’t really that good. But the other one is a real go-er. 6 times in one night, a dozen different positions, an animal. Do you want a girl to be seen with, or a girl to f**k your brains out? Hope this helps, Adam |

Offline | The veilside 350 is so nice see pic. This is my fav car at the minute but is not practical in anyway and is a hell of a lot dearer and will also depriciate alot more. Though insurance is only £5 dearer than my S. The evo is a beast and i have always loved them. The black is awesome the cars under twenty has done 11000 miles has brembo brakes bbs wheels, Lowered and various tuning bits. Insurance is £50 extra a month though. HELP. kev |

The mods you listed indicate it might have lived a hard life already. I'd be kind of wary of the car if I didn't know didn't know the owner. -- '03 S B/W |

| still short!! | Oooooo, been there!! When I got my MCS, I had a choice of that or an Evo 6, which I think is the best, I think they went a bit soft at 7 and worse at 8!! I too wanted something to eat a Porsche, basically cause hubby has a tuned 964, so I got my MCS and tuned the pants out of it, he struggles to lose me now!!!! Depends on if you want a hooligan mobile or a go-kart, I'd say the go-kart, cheaper on tyres and as you see on the ad, even short, ugly, balding men can pull!!!! ![]() |

Offline | I saw a 350Z the other day and in terms of looks its in another league to an EVO 7. It was smaller than I thought though, and that might get a bit annoying once the honeymoon period is over. |

| MINI2 Master | Always worry when buying an Evo. They dont cover clutches or brakes under warranty & they aint cheap to fix when they go bang They require a service every 4500 miles or 6 months which ever comes 1st basicaaly, & a simply lub service (4500miles) is around £250 Add that to the fuel & insurance cost & you can see they aint a cheap car too maintain PS, only buy a UK car ![]() S for Smiffy "Kids in the front seat cause accidents, accidents in the backseat cause kids!" |

Offline | I would get the 350Z. A much better platform to build off of in my opinion than the EVO and a bullet proof engine and tranny. It is very solid and you should have few problems with it. |
