Shiny!!!

How do they get cars to look so incredibly shiny at motorshows?!?!

I mean, I've never seen a car in real life look this shiny!

They just use a special polish I presume (probably one that gets washed off byb rain easily) Plus you got to remember they have those lights that show the paint work up really brightly! Imagine if your car reflected like that on the road at night, people would be blinded by the reflection of thir own light, who'd need Xenon's then

I got bored the other weekend, went down to Halfords and spent £40 or so on AUTOGLYM cleaning stuff. One of which was Extra Gloss Finish (or something like that). Applied that after the Super Resin Polish, and have never seen a car so shiny.
Heads don't seem to have been turnung so much recently at a new MINI, but they are again now.
She is SOOOOOOOOO shiny.

Highly recommend it (I don't work for them before anyone wonders).

I can see your point of view, but I still think you are full of crap.

Not sure this is entirely relevant, but AutoGlym do...

1. A resin polish - comes in a red labelled white bottle - which seems really good, and claims to be designed for paintwork that is not badly deteriorated.

2. A superb finishing wax that you apply to a clean car, or after waxing... well worth trying out... Used it for the first time last weekend.
Leaves the car very shiny and smooth!

Got the tip from the maintenance section on non abrasive "polishes".
