Offline | MINI customer services email address Can someone provide the email address for MINI customer service in the UK? I have tried a few variations of customer.services@mini.co.uk but they've all bounced back. I'm not complaining about anything I just have a suggestion for them. Ta. Red/Black R56 Cooper |

Offline | Well I got a response from the email address provided by RVW. For anyone interested here is what I asked them: "Dear MINI, I currently own a MINI ONE and plan on replacing it with a new Cooper S later this year. I am aware through reading on MINI2 that there are to be slight revisions to the cars later this year and have a suggestion for you regaring the way the Cooper S is sold. At the moment the S is available only with a CHILLI pack which although represents good value it includes some bits that some owners do not want. Personally I definitely do not want the 17" wheels on mine as although they look good they are said to compromise handling. Similarly Xenon headlights are an extravagence that could be costly to repair if they ever failed. With this in mind I would like you to consider making available a PEPPER pack for the S. I suggest this includes all the sundry items included in the PEPPER pack for the Cooper such as mats, passenger seat height adjust, glovebox etc. This would only cost your customer say £250 or so and offer a lot of convenience and satisfaction for them. Alternatively you could market that as a SALT pack and provide a PEPPER pack by including one real luxury item which is a big seller at the moment like aircon or half leather seats. What do you think? I look forward to your response. Regards, Ken" and their response: "Thank you for your e-mail. We have logged your comments on our system as the factory have regular meetings to discuss the MINI options and how they can improve or change what is offered. The comments received from customers obviously form an important part of any future changes but it is not possible to predict exactly what changes will occur. Thank you for taking the time to raise these issues with us and I hope that your MINI will continue to give you many years of motoring pleasure. Kind regards, Martin Patten Customer Information Services" ![]() Red/Black R56 Cooper |

Offline | :) Ken why dont you just order your MCS with no pack and spec it exactly how you want it. I dont know what your exact spec would be, but I imagine the cost would be considerably less than the base price plus chili pack? so whats the spec ken?? |

Offline | Although still many months away I'm thinking black/black (2nd choice red/black but then I need to see the new colours), AC (yes AC!!!), CD player, fogs, 3 spoke wheel with MFSW, chrome mirrors, grill etc - that's about it. Think this will come to about £15.8k. Probably going for the standard seats as I like the look of them, not too fussed about leather although I love the Cordoba biege ones but a bit pricey.
