I havent got my MINI yet, and I like that new Pure Gold with a black Sunroof top. I havent seen many pictures of them. My dealer said I would have to order it, since it wasnt popular and she called it "The old ladies color" I think it looks very classy, and if its different, rare or unpopular, the I have a lot in common with it! Besides I am 42 and single, so maybe I should attracting old ladies! I was think about going with the brown leather too, but maybe the black leatheretee will be more striking.

Anyway any Gold MINI people out there with photos to post?

help me deside a color, my second choice is the more common Green with a white top and white wheels.

One good way to find pics is to go to Members List and click advanced search. There you can enter the spec of the car you'd like to see, and with any luck there will be an owner on here sharing pictures.

I know that a number of members dislike the gold colour but I saw a picture in an Auto Express magazine and thought it did look classy. Go for it.
I went for yellow and understand that it is not a popular colour either. Who cares! I like it.

im a gold mini cooper owner with sun roof

i must say if your gettin one you have to get the cordoba beige leather interior its da dog the combination of the tanned leather and the gold is just so appealing im only 17 and all my mates are callin me godfather or something..looks a proper strikieing car and combination


i also recomment get the rear tinted windows on the back..

plus dsc, auto air con, 17" s lite alloys, xeons, heated front windscreen, pdc, alarm thats wat i got and ing luv it

im gettin aero side skirts put on wednesday to make it a bit more retro :d cant wait

plus i got stripes on her

the dealer may say its a unpopular colour but the respnce i got its amazeing gives you one fat grin.. plus no one has the cordoba beige and gold..really eye turning ..dont go for black leather really depressive..

put your deposit down now..

but beware tho

Not a popular color? I love the yellow! My neighbor has that one and I think it's gorgeous.

Well, I'm not a huge fan of the Gold, but that's probably just because Gold is one of my least favorite colors in general. But if it fits you, and you like it, go for it and enjoy it!

Well, none of those search links worked at all, and I didnt find any Gold MINI's in the Gallery. So it looks like The Gold is the evil stepchild color, and that suits me fine. I still cant deside on the Tan leather, at $1300 bucks its not a cheap choice! I know its a natural for high visability. The Standard Black Letherette will let me load up on some other options and stay in budget.
