When I last looked I think it was held on by screws. Try undoing the ones you can see and then prodding the bumper to find out where the rest are. Yes, it's a technical process!

Other than that, I think you may be the first to personally remove the bumper...

If you figure out how to do it then take some pictures so if anyone else deside's to do it they can se how you've done it

Ps, aren't there airbag/crash sensors in the bumper or are they in the Front part of the Chassis? If so be careful to make sure you reconnect them.

Good Luck, wouldn't fancy doing it myself, but if I do decide to change my grill on mine (with an Expanded metal or woven mesh) it would be helpful to see how you did it!

Yea but not the last, as you have to remove it to change the fog lamp bulbs - that sounds like fun.

BUMPER IS EASY

Taking the bumper off and putting it back on is dead easy . i did mine in the dark with one screwdriver and a spanner it took about 1 hour to get it off and a new one back on after some **** hit the rear of me in a car park anyway.
All you do is take the 4 screw's out on the bottem of the bumper i think it was 4 maybe 3 the 2 out of the wheel arches pop the wheel arch off and there is on srew hiding there get under the car there is another slap bang in the centre you need the spanner for this open the boot and there are 2 just above the bumper pull and off it comes :-0
Be careful though as all the screws are plastic and can be rounded off easily
Only thing that got me was when i went to fit it back on there was a plastic thing about the size of a match with 3 prongs on couldnt find where it went looked for ages the bumper is fine with out it
Good luck

Black cooper , Black lid , Aero kit , 17's ,clear lights,4 driving lights yippee, and the rest to much to list i love it whoooooshhhhh that was me :-)
