I've searched around on Miniusa.com and can't find anything on this. Can someone explain this to me or lead me to where I can find out?

I think (but am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong), that the Chili pack is only available in the UK. In the US the 'packs' available have different names (and different extras), eg. Sports package. So if you are the other side of the pond you can't get a Chilied MINI.
