Offline | I took my cooper back to the dealers today for the first time to have a vibration looked at. Because they needed it for the day I was given a new dark silver cooper s as a coutesy car. Needless to say i did not get much work done and went cruising in it. It was a fully loaded demonstrator and i had a great time testing all the gizmos that i dont have on mine. Heated seats, cruise control, Harmon Kardon, Auto air MFSW and cruise control. By far the best thing about the car was the power and the sound of the engine. At the end of the day i was reluctant to give it back but was also pleased to have my own car back. I have to be honest and say that the ride home in my car wasn't quite as enjoyable and that i am missing the S already. Anyone else know what i am talking about? |

Offline | The extra power from the S is pretty addictive. Find out how much you can sell your current Cooper for. I think you are hooked and there is no turning back! PS: This is the reason why I waited 1 year to test drive a MCS because I knew I was going to want one after taking it for a spin. '02 Cooper CVT PW/B '05 MCS CR/W |

Offline | I have only had my cooper since november so i couldn't part with her yet although i would be lying if i said the thought didn't enter my head this lunchtime. Taking an S out is a double edged sword. |

| Northern Monkey | They always do that when you have a problem with your car! Nice sweetner Worked a couple of times with me as my first cooper kept having problems. Got Razzed off in the end and give my cooper back and ordered a new one. Just be careful they dont take the mick! |

Offline | By that reckoning Do you think if i speak nicely my dealer would give me that nice new M3 CSL with the carbon fibre roof and interior as a courtesy car? Seriously if you get the chance have a look under the bonnet of one of these babies. It's got the biggest induction vent you have ever seen, it's got a butterfly valve that you could fit your head in! Awesome! Leeroy Mini Cooper S - The Best Fun on More Than 2 Wheels! |

Offline | The other great thing about the S is the exclusive colours. The one I had was in dark silver with white roof which I think is very smart. I would love to have had my cooper in dark silver but alas it is not available on the cooper. |
