Question The 'Retrofitting 2005 items to your pre-05 MINI' thread

I'm for sure not retrofitting anything back to my 2004 Cooper. But I anticipate a florishing BMW spare parts and aftermarket economy. What do you think?

Depends on the cost and quality of the chrome interior options.

Really like the "flatter" front grille trim... matches the trim rings around the headlights a whole lot better than previous years...

I think you might find that some aftermarket suppliers might have to rethink their pricing policies in order to keep the customers coming back, especially on the chrome accessories, also things like center armrests and stowage bins have been noted by BMW and are beginning to appear in current and future versions.

Bit annoying that I have spent all that money on chrome which BMW are going to produce, I guess it shows that they are paying attention to these forums

the MINI has gone...

It was bound to happen.

The new grille surround is also nice, didn't think of that.
