Im sure it is automatic - its just like TLC and emergency service, all set up for you when you cllect the car.

What does the accident management service do for you? I don't think we get this service in the US.

They kind of liase between all the involved parties and sort out courtesy cars, official mini repairs and all the hastle!!!

Sounds like a dream if it all goes like my dealer explained. Ive had no experience to date (touch wood).

Accident Management Service

This service is no different to something offered by nearly every UK insurer and/or agent - free with your insurance.

If you look at this thread you'll find some less than complimentary comments about the MINI service:-

In my experience, a good insurer system will always work better than these third party management operations. They try to help but often end up being just another delay in the chain of instructions.
