Offline | They kind of liase between all the involved parties and sort out courtesy cars, official mini repairs and all the hastle!!! Sounds like a dream if it all goes like my dealer explained. Offline | Accident Management Service This service is no different to something offered by nearly every UK insurer and/or agent - free with your insurance. If you look at this thread you'll find some less than complimentary comments about the MINI service:- http://www.mini2.com/forum/showthrea...agement+months In my experience, a good insurer system will always work better than these third party management operations. They try to help but often end up being just another delay in the chain of instructions. |
